Terms of privacy protection (Privacy Policy).

These privacy protection conditions are valid from 03.23.2019023.

We care about protecting your privacy. Therefore, please read these privacy conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Privacy Conditions") carefully.

These Privacy Terms describe in detail how we obtain, use, store and possibly disclose your personal data during individual activities carried out by 3KT STORAGE s.r.o.. In case of any questions, inquiries or requests regarding privacy protection, please contact us at info@storagemierova.sk.

If the terms "storagemierova.sk", "we", "us" etc. are used in these Privacy Terms. this means the company 3KT STORAGE s.r.o. with registered office: Nová 1090/5 949 01 Nitra. ID number: 55181317, registered on January 26, 2023 in the Commercial Register of the Nitra District Court, section: Sro, insert no. 59391/N.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the following meanings:

"Personal data" means all personal data that relate to a specific living natural person who is identifiable or could be identified through such data and which is processed by storagemierova.sk for any of the purposes listed in these Privacy Terms.

"Operator" means a specific person who determines the purpose of processing Personal Data and is storagemierova.sk in accordance with these Privacy Terms.

"Intermediary" means a person other than the Operator in a given case, who processes Personal Data on behalf of the Operator in a specific case.

"GDPR" means Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.

"Portal" means websites operated by the Operator on the internet domain storagemierova.sk. The Portal includes all and any parts of the website, its sub-pages, their content, source and machine codes as it is at any time available and operated on the aforementioned domain.

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data in accordance with the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain laws.

What Personal Data do we collect about you?

Personal data that you provide to us yourself:

You provide us with personal data in the event that

you decide to fill out one of the contact forms for sending direct marketing messages (newsletter);
you fill in your data in the registration form for the reservation and send this data;
you decide to contact us via email;

You provide us with any Personal Data voluntarily and you are obliged to consider yourself to what extent you provide such Personal Data. However, without providing some Personal Data, storagemierova.sk cannot respond to your request or request or conclude a contract with you, which is created by registering a user account.

You are responsible for the correctness, completeness and truthfulness of the Personal Data provided, and storagemierova.sk will rely on the correctness, completeness and truthfulness of this Personal Data. storagemierova.sk is not responsible for any damages that you or any third party may incur in connection with the provision of incorrect, incomplete or untrue Personal Data.

Personal data that we obtain from your use of the Portal

storagemierova.sk can also obtain data that enable your identification even indirectly. This is primarily the following data:

information and data from the devices you use to access the Portal, which may include general information about your device;
log data, which represent data and information that our servers automatically store whenever you access the Portal (in particular, IP address, access time, data on the hardware and software you use, the number of clicks, the pages you see or their order and the time you pages you spend and others);
data about your use of the Portal;
information obtained through cookies and other user monitoring programs, including cookies and monitoring programs of our partners or social network operators;
information obtained by monitoring user activities after clicking an advertising banner or link, as well as information about activities on third-party sites (such as search engines and social networks);
information we obtain through social plugins operated by third parties, e.g. Facebook "Like Button" and similar.

The above-mentioned data do not allow the identification of a specific living natural person by itself. The above-mentioned data become Personal Data at the moment when we assign them to a specific identified or identifiable living natural person, e.g. in the case of using the Portal with a logged-in user account.

Personal data that we receive from third parties

storagemierova.sk may also obtain Personal Data from third parties and combine this Personal Data with Personal Data that storagemierova.sk obtained from you. This is primarily the following Personal Data:

data from social network operators (Google, Facebook) if you have decided to set up your user account through the services of these third parties. In such a case, the operator of the social network (Google, Facebook) will ask you to consent to the provision of Personal Data, and based on this consent, the operator of the given social network (Google, Facebook) will provide storagemierova.sk with this Personal Data.

How do we process your personal data?

storagemierova.sk as the Operator processes your Personal Data to the extent and in accordance with these Privacy Protection Terms and for the purpose stated below in these Privacy Protection Terms.

Fulfillment of contractual obligations

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data to the extent that you filled in the individual fields of the registration form when creating and maintaining a user account for the purpose of fulfilling the contract between you and storagemierova.sk, which is created by creating a user account in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and fulfilling the individual obligations of storagemierova.sk during the operation of the Portal in the standard and quality set by storagemierova.sk, registration of contractual partners, processing of requests and other requests of yours and our obligations.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is the performance of a contract to which the affected person is a party.

In this case, your Personal Data will be processed and stored for the duration of the existence of your user account and for a period of 3 years from the termination of your user account for the purpose of defense against your claims.

Sending messages for direct marketing purposes (newsletter);

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data in the scope of name, surname, email address, phone number, for the purpose of sending direct marketing messages (newsletter) to your email address, in order to inform you about news and current information about products and offers of storagemierova.sk and if you have created a user account or if you have requested to send direct marketing messages (newsletter) on the Portal.

We believe that when you fill in your email address in the form on the Portal for sending direct marketing messages (newsletter), you express your consent to sending direct marketing messages (newsletter).

In this case, the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is our legitimate interest in the implementation of direct marketing in order to offer you information and products that may be relevant and interesting for you.

We will process your Personal Data for this purpose until you cancel your user account or unsubscribe from sending messages for direct marketing purposes (newsletter).

Providing, improving and optimizing the operation of the Portal

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data, including the data obtained from your use of the Portal specified above, for the purposes of providing, improving and optimizing the operation of the Portal, to increase the comfort of their use, to ensure the technical support of the Portal, analytical and statistical evaluation of the use of the Portal and profiling, detection and prevention of misuse of the Portal (including prevention of fraud, security incidents and other similar activities), risk assessment and fulfillment of legal obligations.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is our legitimate interest in ensuring the proper operation of the Portal and optimization of its functionalities, as well as the fulfillment of the contract created by creating a user account.

Your Personal Data will be processed for the duration of the existence of your user account and for a period of 3 years from the termination of your user account for the purpose of defense against your claims.

You can prevent such processing by disabling the use or storage of cookies on your device by changing your browser settings. However, some functions of the Portal may not work properly after that.

You can also delete cookies that have been stored on your device. You can also choose to browse our Portal in "private mode", which will limit the scope of data stored by cookies. More information on the use of cookies can be found here.

Answering questions, requests, queries

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data in the scope of name, surname, email address, telephone number and possibly all other data that you decide to communicate to us via the inquiry form or via email for the purposes of contacting you as well as for the purpose of processing your question, request or inquiry or to perform other activities in connection with your question, request or inquiry.

In this case, the legal basis for processing Personal Data is our legitimate interest in ensuring proper services of storagemierova.sk and providing client support.

Your Personal Data will be processed for the time necessary to answer your question, request or inquiry or as long as other measures are taken in connection with your question, request or inquiry, but not longer than 1 year.

Processing requests in connection with the exercise of the rights of data subjects under the GDPR

storagemierova.sk processes your Personal Data in the scope of name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and possibly all other data that you decide to communicate to us via the inquiry form or via e-mail for the purposes of review, assessment, performance of activities, equipment and informing you about processing your request regarding the exercise of some of the rights according to Articles 16 to 22 GDPR.

In this case, the legal basis for the processing of Personal Data is the fulfillment of our legal obligation.

In this case, your Personal Data will be processed and stored for 10 years from the date of delivery of the request.

To whom do we disclose your Personal Data?

storagemierova.sk makes your Personal Data available in the following cases:

if such an obligation of storagemierova.sk results from valid legal regulations, especially at the request of law enforcement authorities, courts, other public authorities or other authorized persons;
if it is necessary to fulfill our obligations and to secure our legitimate interests, especially to our lawyers, consultants, auditors, IT service providers, marketing and advertising agencies, etc.

In accordance with the GDPR, we conclude personal data processing contracts with persons who have the status of Intermediary, and Intermediaries always process Personal Data based on instructions and on behalf of storagemierova.sk. All our Intermediaries process Personal Data in accordance with these Privacy Terms.

Your rights in connection with the protection of Personal Data?

As a data subject, you have the following rights in relation to the processed Personal Data.

Right of access to data

You have the right to request confirmation from storagemierova.sk as to whether your Personal Data is being processed and to request access to this Personal Data (repeated access to Personal Data may be charged by storagemierova.sk) and information about

the purpose of processing Personal Data;
category of processed Personal Data;
the identification of the recipient or the category of recipient to whom the Personal Data has been or is to be provided, in particular the recipient in a third country or an international organization, if possible;
the period of storage of Personal Data; if this is not possible, information on the criteria for its determination;
the right to demand from storagemierova.sk the correction of Personal Data concerning the person concerned, their deletion or limitation of their processing, or the right to object to the processing of Personal Data;
just submit a proposal to initiate proceedings on the protection of Personal Data;
sources of Personal Data, if the Personal Data were not obtained from you;
the existence of automated individual decision-making, including profiling, in particular information about the procedure used, as well as about the meaning and expected consequences of such processing of Personal Data for the person concerned.

Right to rectification

You have the right to demand from storagemierova.sk to correct incorrect Personal Data concerning you without undue delay and, taking into account the purpose of processing Personal Data, also the right to supplement your incomplete Personal Data.

Right to erasure

You have the right to request storagemierova.sk to delete Personal Data concerning you without undue delay if:

they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were obtained or otherwise processed;
you have withdrawn your consent to their processing and if there is no other legal basis for their processing;
you object to their processing;
your Personal Data was obtained illegally,
the reason for erasure is the fulfillment of an obligation according to the GDPR, a special regulation or an international treaty to which the Slovak Republic is bound; or
Personal data were obtained in connection with the offer of information society services from storagemierova.sk pursuant to Art. 8 par. 1 GDPR (offer of information society services to a child).

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request storagemierova.sk to limit the processing of your Personal Data if:

you object to the correctness of the Personal Data during the period allowing storagemierova.sk to verify the correctness of the Personal Data;
the processing of the Personal Data is unlawful and you object to the erasure of the Personal Data and request a restriction of its use instead;
storagemierova.sk no longer needs Personal Data for the purpose of processing Personal Data, but you need them to assert or defend legal claims;
you have objected to the processing of your Personal Data until storagemierova.sk verifies whether the legitimate reasons on its side outweigh your legitimate reasons.

The right to portability of Personal Data

You have the right to demand from storagemierova.sk to provide you with Personal Data concerning you in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and the right to demand that storagemierova.sk transfer this Personal Data to another operator, but only if the legal basis for their processing is your consent or fulfillment of the contract and at the same time the processing is carried out by automated means.

The right to object

You have the right to object, for reasons related to your specific situation, to the processing of your Personal Data, including profiling, which is carried out on a legal basis, which is our legitimate interest. Based on your objection, we will evaluate whether, with regard to your specific situation, the protection of your legitimate interest, your rights and freedoms prevails over our legitimate interests, which we pursue by processing your Personal Data, or if the legitimate reason is to prove, exercise or defend our legal claims.

You have the right to object to the processing of Personal Data for direct marketing purposes.

You have the right to revoke your consent to the processing of Personal Data at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing of Personal Data carried out on its basis before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent does not apply to the processing of Personal Data carried out by storagemierova.sk on a different legal basis than on the basis of your consent.

Rights to initiate proceedings on the protection of Personal Data

You have the right to initiate proceedings on the protection of personal data before the Personal Data Protection Office of the Slovak Republic or another supervisory authority at your place of residence.

Security

All Personal Data that we collect and process are protected by appropriate technical means and security measures to prevent unauthorized access or misuse of this Personal Data. We are constantly improving and implementing new administrative, technical and organizational measures to ensure adequate security of Personal Data.
Regardless of all our measures, it is necessary to keep in mind that the transmission of data over the public Internet network or any electronic data storage cannot be 100% secure.
Parts of the Portal may contain links to websites and services of third parties that are not owned or operated by storagemierova.sk. Storagemierova.sk has no control over these websites and services. These websites may use their own tools to obtain information and data about you, including your Personal Data.

Changes to the Terms

We are entitled to change or modify these Privacy Terms at any time.
If we make any changes to these Terms of Privacy Protection, we will place the new Terms of Privacy Protection on the Portal and, if necessary, we will also inform you about the change in the Terms of Privacy Protection via email.
The Privacy Protection Terms thus changed will be valid and effective from the moment we determine as the date of their validity and effectiveness, and by using the Portal (each time you visit the page), you agree to these new Privacy Protection Terms.
